This tutorial shows you how to set up Microsoft Outlook 2016® to work with your e-mail account. This tutorial focuses on setting up Microsoft Outlook 2016, but these settings are similar in other versions of Microsoft Outlook. You can set up previous versions of Microsoft Outlook by using the settings in this tutorial. As an example, we are going to use username@yourdomain.com address and mail.yourdomain.com host name, please replace them with your own information. Follow these steps:
In Microsoft Outlook, from the File menu, select Account Settings
On the Account Settings, select New
For Add Account, select Manual setup or additional server types, click Next
Add Account, Choose Service, select POP or IMAP, click Next
On the POP and IMAP Account Settings, enter your information as follows:
User Information
Your Name:
Your first and last nameEmail Address:
username@yourdomain.com (replace with your email)Server Information
Account Type:
IMAP
Incoming mail server:
mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.comLogon Information

(You can place checkmark on Remember Password)
While still on this screen, click on More SettingsGeneral (tab)
Any Name such as name@yourdomain.com, Work Email, Home Email, etc.

Use same settings as my incoming mail server

Server Port Numbers
Incoming server (IMAP): 143
Use the following type of encrypted connection: None
Outgoing server (SMTP): 25
Use the following type of encrypted connection: None
Click OK
CLICK NEXT
CLICK FINISH
